I don't know how long this TLD has been available, but I think it's fairly new and seems like a good alternative.

I had a great time getting a domain name fix at their site! Has anyone else registered one of these names yet? What is everyone's opinion of the resale value on these names?

My guess is you are only buying subdomains, so you would not own them???
