Hey my first post here, I hope I'll like it here (unlike some other forums with too many regulations I won't name...)

The website in question:
eXaion Networks
http://www.exaion.com/ (http://www.exaion.com)

I would just like to know:

1. Your first impression.

2. What you think of the layout.

3. What you think about our web hosting services?

4. Last thing, of course, if there's anything wrong you see or anything that needs improvement ;)

I thank you for taking the time to review eXaion Networks (http://www.exaion.com)

1. Your first impression.
Nice professional looking site

2. What you think of the layout.
Nice layout and design

3. What you think about our web hosting services?
Nohing in particular

4. Last thing, of course, if there's anything wrong you see or anything that needs improvement ;)
I would do a homepage with the different packages clearly standing out to mae visit simpler than having to read the whole page
I wouldn't use a black background as color but a fading grey or white.

Hope this helped

Yeah, I did not think the packages had to stand out but now I see it, put packages on main page so people see.

What is your resolution?
Yeah, I was planning to put some background like stars or something at first...then decided it was better solid...I tried another color but did not work out, it's tru it's been bothering my eye too...I'll try it out!

Yes it helped and once again, thanks!

Ok, it's me again, it has been some time and the site now has a major update (in terms of design AND marketing!) same questions as before to all who are willing to share their opinions. I will try to review other sites as much as I can.

Yep spot on - looks really nice. The blue background is really better than the previous dark one. The hosting packages sits nicely in the layout/design.

Well done.

1. Your first impression.
The layout has been made using tables (nothign wrong with that really but CSS is the newest thing out) which makes me think that you are slightly outdated by other sites.

2. What you think of the layout.
Clean, consistant, link headers to left are hard to read and blurry.

3. What you think about our web hosting services?
Lots of features but a bit expensive.

4. Last thing, of course, if there's anything wrong you see or anything that needs improvement ;)
Take out scroll bar colours, they might fit the design but some people find this annoying and off putting which can have an effect on your potential customers.

Things that are wrong that you should be picking up on not me:

The border is missing at the top of the left table of contents, I would add the border to the image (left-bg.jpg) in the background instead of however you have done it.

The background has a bit missing at the right of the page in IE 6 800x600 but in Moz FB it seems okay.

The navbar has no transparency in Moz FB and in Opera there are no drop down menus at all, not very good for visitors.

If you want to appear top on search engines you need a description of the page in the meta. It also helps if you put words like web hosting in bold or have them as titles to improve search engine ranking.

1. Your first impression.
Too cluttered...

2. What you think of the layout...

I like the Horizontal Navigation set-up
But every thing seems cramped into one area
making it difficult to read

3. What you think about our web hosting services?
First Impression Prices seem to be average to high - prices perhaps a little steep?
The more info link answered that question
The prices are Okay!

4. Last thing, of course, if there's anything wrong you see or anything that needs improvement ;)

Personaly I would loose the side navigation
Which will make the page seem lest cluttered.
Put Customer support on its own page with a button link or simular navigation option perhaps in place of the repeated title // eXaion Networks //find your space now

I love the Banner section and the choice of colour
Particularly your new logo - I am still working on mine, thanks for the advice you gave over at the logo section

Best of luck!

Your site is very professional looking. But because of problems I have had in the past I would want to know more about the company and how you stand behind your product then the price.
Some text about your company and why I should go with you before you show me the different plans.
