Hi Angela:

Where to start?

First of all you have lots of pages indexed in Google and alltheweb (Google lists 4490 pages and ATW lists 3480) so your pages are being spidered and indexed but you appear to have used the exact same title on every page that I looked at ( I must admit I stopped after 100 pages) and it appears that your page titles were written without thinking about your customer, since you have missed a grand opportunity to sell them on clicking through to your site when you used only a list of keywords for your page title.

IMO each and every page should have a unique page title, Meta description tag and meta keywords tag.

First thing to do is research your keywords at Wordtracker.com and make sure you are targeting the keywords you want.

Then you need to start writing page titles and descriptions with both the search engines and your potential customers in mind. I have written an article on some ways of doing this at http://search-engine-optimization.ecommercehosts.com.htm/page_titles.htm which you can read for more information.

Your site has very few links for a site of that size, and I would recommend that you start an aggressive linking campaign particularly from the national real estate directories. Get links from major directories like DMOZ, Joeant, goguides.com, and similar general directories.

Get links from all the housing associations that you can, and from any of the gov't organizations like Fannie Mae.

Next your on page optimization should should start using the keyphrases you have selected in headers, alt tags, page text and in italic bold and lists if possible.

You probably have a lot of questons by now. Read up and ask questions.
