Fluctuation in keywords with more count

Hi Friends,

I had a doubt in google results. Some of the keywords of our website with good count(say 5 digit count) are showing results alternative days.

Example: For a keyword "abc" today its in 15th position, the next day it was showing not available.

I would like to know what will be the reasons for this.
