I just want to give a heads up to everyone the bad experience we have had as we have tried to change shopping cart systems. We tried to upgrade to a new company, but a month later (after paying) we still have no site & were forced to demand a refund (threatened a chargeback). The company lost our guidelines to what we need in a site design 3 times & ultimately designed us what appears to be a fuzzy copy/paste kind of a site that of course had none of the guidelines to it. When we pointed this out they would just "plop in" the missing feature like a search right in the middle of the site. I have to say we really are disapointed that we took an entire month trying to deal with such a horibly run company.

Wow, what a bummer. I've had quite the opposite experience with AspDotNetstorefront.com. I have found the people at AspDotNetStorefront.com to be very professional, reliable and their application incredibly powerful and flexible to develop with. The support has been incredible. I have been able to talk directly to a person every time I call, and even on a Sunday afternoon! Try getting that type of support elsewhere.
Not to make excuses for them, but I don't think they are setup to 'develop' sites for people rather offer their storefront product to people to develop their own. That's what I did.
The only downside as a company is they try so hard to please they sometimes go overboard on the support. Sounds like they really wanted to help you get your site up and somehow they weren't able to fulfill that.
Anyway, I'm glad they gave you your site and money back since you weren't happy. They are so honest and generous. I've actually dealt with companies that still would refuse to give a credit even when they didn't deliver.
Sincerely,
Jason
