View Full Version : Important Question: Multiple Sites?

I was wondering. I was accepted for my site http://www.themoneyforum.com/forum.
My question is. I run several other sites. Can i use the same javacode banner on all my sites, or can it only be the one I signed up for?
If its only for the site i signed up for, how do i add additional sites?
Please write back asap

Once accepted you can add the code to any site that meets to TOS of the program. I strongly recommend that you read the TOS to make sure that you don't inadvertently put code on pages that are banned and get booted (gambling related, search results pages etc).
Once you have added the code to a new page and uploaded it to your site, make sure you look at that page via a browser to get mediabot to spider the page and give relevant ads. Until the new pages are spidered you'll only receive PSA's.
Also don't be tempted to click on any ads on your own site, Google's fraud control is very strict and even clicking from the same IP that you use to login to your account can cause you to get booted. If you're interested in who is being advertised, you can hover over the ad and see the url of the site in the status bar of your browser.

I'm getting some pretty decent money out of AdSense, but have ads on two very different sites. Is there any way to tell which site is bringing me more money, or view those stats at all?

Adsense have been promising better reporting for a while now, along with other payment options. At the moment there is no easy way of tracking this.
I would imagine as competition from other contextual advertisers increases, these features will appear in Adsense.

Welcome to WPW, rookiecrd1 and biztips.
fasteddie, just want to clarify the fact that Adsense code is now allowed on search results pages.
Their TOS has changed, and they have confirmed with me when I asked that specific question, if Adsense code was allowed on search results pages.
Though it may depend on your relationship with them. Don't take my word for it, just because I got the OK.
Can't wait until Adsense gets better reporting.
To help track what pages and sites in your network are performing well, those of you out there with a free host, or one that dosent provide good stats, listen up. If you need good stats for your site (http://www.free-hit-counter.com), join my free hit counter service. We're working on advanced stats, but for now you still get a great human visitor counter for each page of your site.
