Submitting URL

I have submitted my url to some directories and search engines. Some places submit urls to many search engines, so now I don't remember to which search engines and directories I have submitted my url. My pages cover several subject. I have submitted my main page to some, and to others I have submitted some of my sub pages.
How can I find out what has been submitted and to whom?
Is it possible that I might get a negative result if I submit my url and sub pages to the same directory/search engine more than once by mistake?

No.

BUT, don't waste time submitting anything to search engines.

It's a good idea to build an excell spreadsheet to keep track.

Going forward all you have to do is see if you are already listed with the targeted directory.
