Let me know if this link (http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/stat?id=yqN9IoZtdiY&offerid=7097.10000039&subid=0&type=4) works, if not, let me know and I'll contact them for you.

Dump your IE files, to include your offline content, cookies, etc. and then try again (Tools - Internet Options); the link worked when I clicked it.

thanks a lot. I can see it now. I'm done with registration, I have one more question. first of all they miss spelled the link to their website on their confirmation email. anyway, on the e-mail it says, that I have to go to linkshare.com and use my username and password to log-in. where is this log-in section? seriously, I can't believe how unfriendly this website is.

Hopefully you can try again today, but first:
Make sure you don't have 8 instances of a browser open;
clear your cache and content;
allow cookies on the sight;
I too am lost, as there should be a "client login" just under the "contact us". If all else fails, the "contact us" have phone numbers.

Thanks wrmineo for all your help for No Clue.
I can see it plain as day too. DO you have Norton Internet Security? Ad blocking may be blocking the gif especially since the gif and sign in link goes to linksynergy.com - their ad serving domain. If you don't have Norton, check your hosts file for linksynergy.com. Maybe some other adware or anti-spyware program added it to your hosts file. Bet money it's Norton tho!

Catalyst - I'm honored by your post, Rob :blushes:
Awesome point on the Norton (etc) issues, I obviously hadn't considered ...
BTW - hopefully you've been seeing some posters here "diverted" from the Introductions forum ... as I see them in there introducing their programs versus themselves, I always recommend and prod them to join the brains and thinktank of this forum.
No Clue - anxious to see and how your issue's resolved, please let us know!

thanks a lot guys. I got everything set up and running. It was Norton. I disabled it and now everything is fine. it shows how poor their website is coded when they build an e-commerce website, they should consider every single possibility. anyway. thanks again.
