I was wondering if anyone has any experience of using Topseopartners.com for link submissions? We are considering using them for submitting our site build link authority. Their proposal seems ethical and knowledgable. However due to the distance (we are in the UK they are in India) we are nervous about sending money across. Currently their website is under construction so I can't find out information from there. If anyone has experience or advice I would appreciate it.

I'm a little confused honestly:
You're an SEO company tauting getting high rankings for other sites and need someone else to do your SES for you own site?
I'm not trying to be rude, just trying to understand your position.
I do my own SES and have had wonderful success, so I am not honestly familiar with this company.
HOWEVER, I'm very leary on their "under contruction" status. It seems to me that even if they were building or revamping, they'd have at least a storefront page so to speak. Secondly, it seems as though this may be a website being hosted by a PC and not a webserver making me red flags fly higher.
If you like some SES help, please feel free to respond or send me a PM and I'll give you some examples of my work.
Good Luck and Happy Ranking!

When I say for link submissions I mean link building techniques - developing recipricol links with relevant, quality sites for clients.
We do all our own SEO work, keyword research and site analysis and optimisation and achieve very good results for our clients. I have an indepth understanding of SEO techniques and have been doing this for 10 years. We are just looking to outsource some of our recipricol link building work as we find it is very time consuming when you have many clients. Sorry if I caused confusion with my use of the term 'link submission'.

Thanks for the clarification.
Actually, I was guessing that you were looking into outsourcing when you mentioned an India company; I'm contacted all the time by companies from there trying to get me to outsource and I'm just not comfortable releasing control to someone I cannot reach out and smack/touch if and when necessary.
I'm always leary of waking up to find a site banned for unethical practices by someone out of my command and control so to speak.
Do you do a basic submission from your company for your clients and then you're wanting to have someone seek out recip link partners?
A few thoughts:
Your company has already collaborated with at least one college in the development of your TMUP. Why not get with a university student union, IT Dept or the likes to see about letting some good geeky students "intern" - it could help you help them, yourself and your clients.
Across the North Sea, AceBit (I think that's right) in good 'ole Deutschland runs a program called Link Partner Depot that does just this with proprietary, automated software saving you lots of time (hence money) and headaches.
Finally, if you're looking for just some quick turn around SES that's affordable (since the pages are already tweaked for SEO by you) I'd be interested in discussing the matter further with you. I started out to design websites a year ago and found out that I was better at the SEO/SES game than the build and design ratrace; my professional work and collegiate backgrounds have always been heavy in research so it just came easier to learn the latter, I guess.
Good luck!

Thanks for the tips, The idea of using students is a good one and will look into this. I too worry about sites being banned by actions of other companies out of my control. I think I will need to investigate the idea of outsourcing further. Thanks for all your suggestions.

You're certainly welcome. I pop out a decent idea every now and again; usually by accident - hazards of being a blonde :)
Actually, I'm just a miser who likes to find alternative and creative (cheap) ways to accomplish goals without great expenditures.
I've often tapped into college students who are looking to build experience, work ethics and resume bullets. Remember, it's not what you ask for, but HOW you ask for it. In that, hitting up the head of a department who's willing to give credit to the student/intern will bring you targeted and often free help!
Good Luck!

What a good idea. Will have to try that for my site. Glad I read this message.
Care to give me an idea as to what you use this resource for? Thanks

Glad you like the idea and hope you're able to employ in similar ways for your own use as well. Again, I think it's very "social" in that it's great for you and also for the students ...
I've used college students in a number of ways ... let your imagine do the thinking:
Market Research (in a variety of ways)
Database building
Test Market Audiences - we all love to give our opinions, college students are no different
Taking, Compiling, Circulating surveys (hard copy and via the plethora of online groups they're already a part of)
Customer Service Center Support
Again, let your imagination go wild and remember, it's not what you ask for, but how you ask for it. A lot of it will depend on developing a good relationship with department heads - let them feel in "control" the process in that if your ideas become theirs - so be it. Also, if they're worth their weight in the paper declaring their credentials, they'll help you brainstorm and find ways to develop a symbiotic relationship. Let's face it, many are looking for easy ways to add to, supplement or spice up their classes - you may be just what they're looking for!
Try not to be discouraged if you get shot down; just find and try another approach ... burnt bridges are hard to repair.
I've used students from IT, Economics, History, Liberal Arts and a variety of departments.
Finally, if all else fails, but you're willing to spend a little money and want to get cheap labor, Financial Aid Advisors, Counselors and similar departments are good to build a relationship with also.
