In my oppinion there is quite allot of words and no real 'logo'. This logo mite fit well in to a site but wont be rememberd, and the yellow is hard to see on the white BG, try putting a simple shape in the design, I was going to do an example, but I can't comsentrate as im to tired, it 1 o'clock in the morning in th UK, I will post one tomorrow.
Good Look

Thanks, please post a sample.
The site reviews games, hardware, accessories, all stuff for computers basically.
We are soon moving to console games as well, so maybe a new logo will need be in store for that.
The site name is just TECHNICALGEEK.COM, so that's why it was the main thing in our logo.
Anything you can come up with would be great.
Thanks so much...

Hello,
You have a nice font for the logo, though I think that the motto should have a more darker color, maybe you should consider dark red or maron.

Thanks, I'll try that. Is there any way to make it look more interesting?
Adding in some type of shape, 3D image...?
I am using Photoshop 7. If you can provide me with an example, that would be great.
Thanks so much...

Ok, this a a very basic logo, I used photoshop, and I don't really know how to use it and therefor my logo is not very good, If you want I can send you the .PSD file so that you can edit it and work on the design.

you logo is nice & sturdy looking but if you want it to stand out maybe you can
bring some cool artistic elements into it......
like geeks, games, etc.......go w/ the flow...
here's something that i think would make me look twice at your site....

hey dude----don't knock your own work it's just as valid ! ...i was just taking your advice by "putting more 'logo' in the logo] and tryin' to offer a little more of the visuals in my head that also came up as a logo option for them ;-}
cheers!

Hey Daren
Wow that looks great!
Can you please add in the rollover and send it to me? You can link it to the homepage, www.technicalgeek.com.
What are you using? If it's Photoshop, can you send me the .psd? You can send it to beckygessler@technicalgeek.com
I really love that logo!
Chris, I think your logo was great too! I like how you implemented the shapes... Really good job both of you.
Thanks so much!
HI Becky--
Try this URL you can use it as a template
http://webpageturner.com/technicalgeek
just make sure that you take the directory w/ the SLICES in it
as i made a little "house" for the iFRAME Amazon Ads.....
also mae sure you take all the javascripts and the corresponding onLoad event handler right after the BODY tag.....or elso the roll-over wont preload....
i didn't really touch your code...just moved things around....i kept the
that you have as 'header' but i would probably through it in its own table....
i'll zip the whole directory in a file & put the webpageturner gif in there too...
GOOD LUCK! Let me know if the teams likes/dislikes...
DAREN
