looking for someone to create an editable newsletter, (online website)
This is for a club. The committee members should be able to ad a report, photos, shift and move things. place adverts- coming events etc. (these members will not be html savvy - but normal intelligent folk)
this newsletter should be able to be printed out at the end of each month. (this is not for an online magazine)
I am not looking for someone to create the whole thing as a package - rather I am looking for someone who can spend a few hours a week slowly putting together something. create a page, get some feedback,make alteratons, get some feedback,untill it all works effectively.
I am not looking for someone who 'Knows howe to do it' or has 'done several already' rather someone who knows their way around, and can come up with solutions to problems as they arrive and can listen.
Require someone who will be around for at least 6 -12 month for a limited number hours per week.
I need to know a weekly rate - amount of hours per week you can offer.
