Is Microsoft bCentral worth the $49?

I appologize if this topic has been covered. I searched and could not find anything.

I'm interested in the feature that allows you to see what keywords people are searching for. It also says that you can see how many other sites are trying to get those keywords.

Has anyone found these tools to be useful? Is there another place where I can get this kind of information?

Personally I think it is one of the better directories out there. You get a bunch of anchor text links, and the price is pretty reasonable compared to a lot of other directories out there.
