In search for a directory script

Hi there,
I'm looking for a directory script/program/software. Preferably it should
have a design skin
be in PHP
list the links with some description
list the same link in multiple categories
store the data in xml or MySQL
have clear text URL's

Does not need any sign up or user management features.

Any ideas? what do you use?
