I like the colors and the gears inside the graphic. That's very clever and shows you do "interior work", behind the scenes stuff, so to speak. Sharp!
My only real criticism would be the slant you're using for the actual text. It's a little tough to read. It might help if it were more uniform in size, or had less of a slant to it. Maybe it's the shadow. I'm not quite sure, but I think it could stand to be played with a little bit.

hard to see the jh but other than that. I like it. A new logo what someone else does not have. Great work.
