I was told that a logo should look good in color (for print, websites, business cards, etc) and even better in b+w (faxing, photocopying, etc). Somthing most people don't think about.

I like it. It's strong, it aint too fussy.
Is the skew of the letters (THE & SHOW) supposed to be out of perspective with their background boards?
