Does anyone know where one might log into to find some neat web graphics for building their web site pages?
while I was being taught in putting together my web site, I was led to some sites where I was able to download what appealed to me for free. Are there still such places for get these graphics?

Hi JoAnne,

This is something that's really hard to do because of the costs attached.

We use Ablestock, Photospin, and a few others here in the offices, but I really don't know of any "free" ones off the top of my head.

On just about any photo site you can download the comps to create your ideas, and buy pictures as you need them, but I Highly recommend getting an Ablestock subscription. They have TONS of great graphics.

Not sure whether you're after graphics or photos... however, one place I came across that offers free stock photos is here: http://www.sxc.hu/index.phtml

I'm not sure if you want gifs or not but if you go to my site on page 2 there are 2 sites I thank for the free gifs and backs. They have alot of cool stuff there. norbertsworld.com and webdeveloper.com
