OpenSource SEM/PPC bid management software?

Any good OpenSource software for managing PPC/SEM bids/campaigns? I need somethign flexible that can do more than just Adwords and Overture, but a lot of smaller, brand-new ad networks as well. I will be mananging my own campaigns plus those of a few clients.

I know there are such programs on sourceforge.net, I'm looking for a recommendation.
