Google Question.

Hi,

I am new to this forum and have a question about google. I am a computer consultant and work with many different ISP during the course of a day. I have noticed that searching through different ISP's that google's results change. I did a search on the terms "easy credit" and recieved different results with two different ISP's. Is this due to the change in algo ? Does anyone know what this is all about ?

Google has 11 (I think) data centers. When you do a search on Google, you could end up at anyone of them (could be random; could be based on load; could be based on geographic location) - normally the index is the same at each data center. When Google update, it takes time to propagate the changes to all the data centers - this could possible be one explaination for what you are seeing.
