Hi All
Where can I find an experienced phpbb designer that can complete 1-3 unique phpbb skins for me plus install some hacks?
Payment - Cash or Paypal
Please note payment will be made on completion & handing over full-functional board installed on my webhost.
Design Elemets - I'm very flexible but I do want to stress the word unique.
Special Requirements - I would want to see 3 examples of their work prior to accepting quotes.
