I use to have a website called jamcaddesign.com but when I tried to renew it Joker.com didn't reply to any of my emails. I tried everything to reclaim my wite name because all of my letterhead and buisnes card, and various other things all refered to My website.
I finally just started a new site and called it jamcaddesigns.com. The old domain name is now some lame one page website and basically it is ranked higher than ny current site. He even stole the meta tags and everything.
I have reported this "theft" to ICAN, alot of good that did. So just a personal note beware of Jokers.

That's why I never go through anyone but Network Solutions. Yeah you pay a little more per year, but the excellent customer service if you ever have a problem or want to transfer the rights over to someone else is unmatched and headache free. I'd been burned by an $8 domain name place, went to NS and never looked back.
