How do I get Google to spider my site? I've made some changes and nothing has happened in a month or so.

You can go here: http://www.google.com/addurl.html . But if G already has you in their database, they'll get to you in their sweet time. Don't submit too many times or too often, they consider it spam.

Make sure you have good quality links coming into your site and Google will find you. I don't bother with submission myself...Google finds me before they get to the huge number of submissions they have. :)

And you can even read this in the Google Submission Guidelines:

"The best way to ensure Google finds your site is for your page to be linked from lots of pages on other sites. Google's robots jump from page to page on the Web via hyperlinks, so the more sites that link to you, the more likely it is that we'll find you quickly."

Yes, by getting inbound links from pages that are already in Google.

Add URL works but your website takes time to get spidered. However, if you have just a dozen of good links, you could be up there spidered in a week.
