Hi all, specialy those who had tested PR strategies.

I am thinking, If I could have a web page, say:

www.domainx.com

and there is 2 extra pages

keyword1.html and keyword2.html


The Linking strategy would look as following:

I have incoming links keyword1.html and to keyword2.html but not to an index page.

Keyword1.html is PR6 and Keyword2.html is PR 5

both these HTML pages links to INDEX page and to each other as they are a main categories.

What could be the estimated PR for Index page.

And specific note is that, that the links to these keyword1 and keyword2 are from diferent domains so the PR values comes from diferent sources. Would the sum up somehow? Like giving a PR 7 to main page?

My experience is that there is a much better payoff in focusing on setting up a link structure that is optimized for your visitors, and let page rank fall where it may.

2 high PR links are not enough to give your page a PR of 7. You'd need many more IBL's to get to PR 7. There's plenty of posts here where people have tried to develop a formula. My suggestion too would be: Let it be.... PR doesn't get you money. Site users do!

I want traffic, quality traffic from SE for kewyrods who is searched in total 1'000'000 each month. :)

and also for others where it is about 10'000'000 a month ;) simply

And what is that keyword? Smells like easy money. :)
But probably you won't get there with a simple PR equation.

dating :) there is lot of subcategories, but i thikn that would be grat, for example, get christian dating page to a PR7 :)

and then itteracial dating and the all other types of dating, and all of them points with 'dating' to my home url www. site .com

that would be cool ;)

Well 84,500,000 for dating in google. mmm... You have a solid investor supporting you, don't you? :)

Imho you just have to buy 2-3 links from PR8 pages preferably from your industry leaders. This also would drive a lot of traffic to your site. Or you can be patient and submit your site to directories every day. And maybe... after 2 years you'll get PR7. But who knows what would come around with the 01/01/07 update and the Galabalaportokala algo change.
