Does anyone here use Microsoft B-Cental Position Agent?

I've used the service for 2 years now. One of the services offered is called Position Agent. Essentially there are 15-20 keyword phrases checked for position on a weekly basis to see where our sites rank in the major engines.
When the big change happened at MSN our top ranking keyword phrases disappeared from the MSN radar. Not one of them...all of them.
I'm not freaking out and realize that the dust has yet to settle. It may be a while until things return to normal.
Has anyone got a handle on what may be causing such havoc?

I think you're seeing the new "normal!" The old MSN was a very different animal, but that's in the past now.

Looking at your site, I'd add some text to your front page - you really only have one paragraph and there's a lot of repetition...
