I like both of them. Specially the honey. There is no doubt your in the honey business.

Way too much going on here. It looks more like a banner than a logo.

I would try and stylize the honey comb, and bee. Don't see the need for the state of Texas to be part of the logo since your name is Southeast Texas Honey Company

A good test is to print it out and copy to half size, if it's still readable you can use it on almost everything

The honey one looks good. Went to the site and what you have goes with what you want to tell the users.

The candle one might look better with some smaller candles in it on the bottom. Place on the bottom where the smoke comes out on the top??
