A little off forun topic but I am looking for advice getting my customer service people trained. We are an ecommerce company (PCSecurityShield.com) but most calls are generic, repetitive customer support calls.

I need to get find a good company that does training or a course that can help my people. I want them to be more professional and more efficient.

I appreciate any thoughts or advice.
