I like it !
It's simple, clear, but still has a little sleekness to it.

no problem,
you never get it right the first time.
that's the thing about designing, it takes time.
all too often people tend to go crazy with drop shadow, fading, gradients, etc.
if you think about some of the biggest companies in the world... McDonald's, Esso, Shell, etc.
if you saw their logo from far away, you would instantly know what company it was.
... nice blurb !
