Hi all
I get quite gobsmacked by the expertise of you lot in here - but persevere and find you all helpful.
Just a small observation - with huge potential - to pass on.
On my main site www.gardenseeker.com I sell a few adverts and 'pages' to various traders. I normally get them to top of Google for chosen keywords, but had a shock at the importance of some small words recently.
I mailed a client, telling he was top place in Google for the search words "Decking Berkshire" and all was well - paid the bill etc.. recently he came back to me and said he had dissapeared off Google.. I did the search and he WAS there. However, I searched for Decking Berkshire - and also berkshire decking. On this last occasion, HE searched for Decking IN Berkshire.. The one little word that I had omitted from the title probably lost him around half his potential clients I reckon.
All been sorted now and title is now Decking IN Berkshire etc.. It covers the search keyword phrases of Decking Berkshire and Decking In Berkshire.
On searches, google often says - small words such as and and of etc etc are ignored. Well. not IN this case :-)
Take care and I look forward to all your postings - such a help when I can understand them. (Incidentally, my gardening website www.gardenseeker.com site gets around 1,000,000 visitors pa - and still growing. (No pun intended)

Word order in keyphrases as well as plural and singular tenses make quite a bit of difference in SERP rankings.
