Hi Cindy, Just not quite sure where to start, or where to get downloads from.

Do you have a web page editor (a WYSIWYG editor)?
Do you have web space?
Do you know how the internet works?

Its better when you post if you let us know the level of experience you have. Also what programs you might have to start with. Then we can direct you accordingly.

Not much just a little in web page design and no i do not have a web editor not do I have web space. Yes i do know somewhat how the internet works. Thank sfor your help so far.
