What you've received is fradulent, someone is trying to get your personal information, it is a scam. I would suggest reporting this to Paypal. I have gotten these types of emails and always report them to PayPal.

I received this e-mail with attached virus and what really worried me about it was that it came the day after I used Paypal, as though someone had access to my information.
