I have some free time to make a simple or medium-size projects. Have experience with
e-commerce,
online community projects,
classifieds,
CMS for online editions,
office applications

timesheet,
accounting,
CRM,
multi-tier web application security,
web applications load balancing for high traffic web sites,
and many others - you name it.

All job done professionally keeping high coding standards and attitude (simply speaking, I am not going to run off the other day like a schoolboy, leaving unfinished project and frustrated customer)

5+ pages websites are welcome.
If project is medium-to-large scale, I can help to identify optimal development strategy and create effective development team (sales, business analyst, system analyst, developers,testers,usabilty expert, graphic designers) and aftersales support: system administrator/helpdesk.
Major issues are clarified before project start.
Minor changes down the road are ok.
Project costs are at least twice lower than those in other workshops across US, preserving the quality and payrate (we are not dumping the market, we just try to work smart).
