Looking for webdesigner freelance/company Toronto

i am looking for someone to build about 6 - 10 pages i have created some of it in illustrator. I was thinking of incorporating some fancy flash intro very clean and simple maybe with sound. I am very new to running or building a site so please go easy.
I am on a fixed budget. But that can be discussed later. I am thinking of getting this project started in about a week or two. If you are interested please let me know a ball park figure of how much it would cost and maybe if you have any samples of your work.
