How to get published on WebProNews [Archive]

I'm sure that there are a lot of people here who have knowledge or opinions about getting published on WebProNews. Alexa's traffic rank for WebProNews.com is 4,880. So for anyone offering a product that webmasters want, getting an article published there can be the traffic motherload. Until today, I thought it was hard to get published there. Now I don't think so. Am I right, wrong, or somewhere in between?

I just posted one of my articles on their site and they took it and put it into their newsletter. Just to let you know, it didn't increase the hits to my site.
