Hello,
I have been reading carefully the latest messages on search engine submission. I didn't find anything about multilingual web sites. Could anyone tell me how and what to do in order to have the foreign language pages of a web site appear in the same good position as the main language pages? My web site is mainly in French, does come out fairly well in various search engines, but I still don't get any customers from other countries than French speaking, and the web site is hardly found in those foreign (Italian, Spanish and English -sorry if I name it "foreign", you understood I am a French speaker...) search engines. Your advice on this will be much appreciated.

Alain your site is listed on these other search engines as well (at least Google IT put your site 1st when I copied the first sentence of your site.

What I would do to try and get a better ranking under these 'foreign' search engines is to get links directly from italian, english or spanish websites to the italian, english or spanish pages.

This would give a bigger wight to these pages for each language.
