Linking to Finland

The finnish language is a little localisation area but here is much of people who understand (and speak too) english but...searching contacts is more easy (and searching engines accept keywords) if you can use your native language. We are only 5 millions and about 50% of us are activ internet users and maybe it could have a good idea to link adversiting to us too? My bad english? Because of that your websites should have any primary keywords and activ link in our native language too, if you would have more contacts to Finland (or any other small countries with special culture and language).
