If you're asking the more general question of how to make your site more presentable to search engine spiders (because it's a personal site, there probably isn't much you can do to make the top 10), some preliminary thoughts:
- you do have a title tag, which is good, but it says only "zultone.com" - that isn't going to help people find you unless they already know your domain name, in which case they don't need a search engine - add a short description of what this site is about.
- you have no "description" or "keyword" tags - it's worth adding them for spiders that will use them
- there isn't very much in the way of content on your home page for the spiders to find, although they can follow links (I didn't check to see what's deeper in your site)

You can find more information on meta tags, what they can and cannot do, etc., by doing a search for "meta tag" in these forums (see very top of this page). For more information, try How To Use HTML Meta Tags (http://searchenginewatch.com/webmasters/article.php/2167931) or do a Google search for meta tags and you'll find a lot more info there.
