Our program is based on the OpenRealty program, an Open Source program, but we have modified it, added a more robust search engine, and formatted the screens so that they display information in a pleasing design.
It takes us no more than 2 days to design and install a program on your server using your Logo and colors.
The program uses MySQL database, so if your hosting server already has it installed it is very fast and simple to install the program. If your hosting server doesn't have it installed we can install it for you, or we can recommend a good hosting company that supplies MySQL free.
When we originally set up our Holt-Realty.com website, we wanted to use it as a demonstration so that we could sell to other real estate companies. However, it quickly attracted people who were looking for real estate in Thailand and as a result we are also in the real estate business and doing very well at it. I don't think you can get a better recommendation than that, do you?
