What if, on the next Internet Explorer update, Microsoft puts in a MSN search box in their toolbar?? You know, kinda like the Google toolbar. Do you think that would be a Google killer?

Maybe they should buy out Alexa and their stats technology - Sure would become more acurate and valuable. That could be a serious revenue generator!

MS got their current position by owning the OS - and they are not shy to "integrate" their way up the chain.

Yeah, I can't believe it. I've got the first position for my number one keyword (80K overture searches last month) and the second position for my number two and three keywords (both 60K overture searches last month). I'm no where to be found on Google and Yahoo. I'm gonna be a bazillionaire when MSN launches!

Indeed it is. I'm not sure why they haven't thought it already or perhaps they have and it's in IE somewhere just waiting to be integrated into the algo once they figure out how to make that work while not totally ruining new sites.

Either way, good thought greeneagle. Perhaps Bill will have a job waiting for you when you get home. ;)
