I'm not sure this is the right forum for this question, but here goes.
I have a potential client and I'd like to give him a little push... I would like to design a signature for his email, but he is using AOL....
Can you put a sig file in AOL's mail?
Any help/advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

I know it's very much possible, because I have a client who does it.
She's already gone home for the day, but I'll send her a message and see if I can get her to tell me how it's done for you. I'll let you know when I hear back from her.

I received the following reply from my client:
They could find the info themselves at Keyword: Help or Keyword: Mail, but sure, I'd be happy to.
On AOL 8.0, open an email form (Control + M on Windows) and click on the pencil icon (right below the Subject line, on the right) and click on "Set Up Signatures." Click on "Create," make your signature line, then click on "OK," then click on "Default On/Off" until the signature line you saved has a check mark beside it. You have to enter a name before making the signature line itself so the check mark will be made beside the name you entered.
On AOL 8.0, you can also access the form from "Mail" (on the Toolbar), then "Mail Signatures." On AOL 9.0, the best I can tell from limited use, you can
only access the signature form from "Mail" and then "Set Mail Signatures" (I believe that's what it says, I'm on 8.0 right now)...I don't think there is access from the mail form itself on 9.0.
You can also tell them to email me with "AOL Signature help" in the subject line if my instructions are unclear or they're still having trouble.
I can send you Rosie's email address by PM if you need it.
HTH! :)
