Hi Guys
I read this very interesting article written by Richard Dawking ( one of big boffins in the biological world)
The addres is
http://www.simonyi.ox.ac.uk/dawkins/WorldOfDawkins-archive/Dawkins/Work/Articles/1993-summervirusesofmind.shtml
Please read it. Are we entering the age of Asimov's robots?
This article stimulated my thinking neurons. Is it possible for a PC or any computer to self program.? I struggle for hours getting rid of bugs and getting the things to run properly. Is it possible for a **!!@@ computer to do it with less affort?
Never thought of it, If DNA can write its own programs (spontaneously) , even designing and manufacturing its own hardware, what are our beasts capable of? They have more than a head start, already supplied with hardware, the basic programs already installed and world wide connections to millions of other beats.
Who is responsible for all these viruses, worms etc.? Malicious humans or malicious computers.
What do you think?
