Yahoo's Premium Search Plans: Jeff Weiner, Yahoo Senior VP, Search and Marketplace, told attendees at The Kelsey Group's Interactive Local Media Conference in Jersey City last week that Yahoo won't be charging anytime soon for search results. "People feel they are entitled to search results. It is difficult to tell people they need to change." But Weiner said there is some potential for premium search offshoots, especially with emergence of local search kiosks. "In the analog world, there are several models, particularly around business information," he said.
