AntiCap UK - The Campaign for Unlimited Broadband
In the United Kingdom some ISP are limiting broadband use, data flow to 1Gb a month (this is not bandwidth which is the speed of the internet).
Such limits will prevent large amounts of downloads such as videos with out splitting up such files over more days.
ANTICAP’S OBJECTIVES. To provide a voice for users concerned at the imposition of residential broadband service usage limits.
