On that online translation tool, isn't that word for word translation? Would the translated sentence make sense if this is used? Our company wants our website to be translated in four different languages. Does anyone know of a company that could do this for a reasonable cost? So far I have a quote for $10k!

Not much - those auto-translators will give you the gist of the text it translates but some of them are almost hilarious if you know both languages.
The price quoted to you seems a tad steep but I've never tried to hire someone to do that. I believe Janeth recently undertook a translation job - she might have some ideas for you.
