It seems that - Only the Editor - Title and Desciption - appears to play a role in the SERPs outcome
But a heavily optimized site will not receive the normal benefits of all their efforts
Comparing before and after Yahoo Acceptance and The same SERPs on MSN and Yahoo for the same keywords
it may be to some webmasters advantage to have a seperate "keyword rich" URL just for Yahoo! if your site is heavily optimized ;)
However, If your site appears in several high pageranked directories - you may get an improved ranking on Google
