This is in reference to something I was told "could be done" ... I have no idea if it can or not.

I want to be able to block out an entire state from being able to view a web site. Does anyone know if that is possible and if so, how to do it?

Any reason on why would you want to?
On a serious note, I wouldve said denying I.P addresses would solve it, but with the huge amount of ISP's (not forgetting with dynamic I.P's) then it would be inpossible....

However, if it is possible, no doubt other people will let you know.
