Frontpage templates

I have seen these Frontpage templates all over the internet as was wondering how to make my own. Do I use Photoshop or another graphics program or what?

Help please.

All you have to do is go:-

Format --> Theme --> Click on one of the themes(Doesn't matter witch one) Then click modify and you will be able to change all the different aspects of the theme, you can use Photoshop to create the graphics if you like.

Then just save it under a different name.
