Freelance work needed

I'm looking for some quality work to improve my site. I created the site(http:furlongspetsupply.com) and I am proud of it and the business it revolves from, but I am a dog trainer/author and not a webmaster. I know my code has errors on it and I assume it is costing me considerably with search engine placement. I am looking to start a relationship that can grow with someone/company that can SEO my site.
