Audio project

I was not sure where this question should go,so I am putting it here...(anything can be filed under Miscellaneous! :-g )
For a project that I am doing for a client, I need to convert a real audio (.rm) jiggle to a .wav or .mp* file.
Can anyone suggest a good(or better) program, preferrably low-cost?

Have you tried winamp it is free to down load and can cahnge file formats not sure if it will work for what you need, but it is worth a try for free.

I think dbPowerAmp (http://www.dbpoweramp.com) will do this, although you may have to download some additional codes beyond the basic program.
