I just noticed my toolbar went from a 5 to a 4.
Yikes! I've had the 5 for a month. Is google finishing up and giving me a lower ranking???? Man I hope not :-) My friends pc still says 5 but mine is 4.

Do not worry about that tool bar you may just be a low 5 or high 4.
I would not worry about that.
Google guy said that it would not be finished until tomorrow

After the first part off the weekend I'm scared to look
...I looked for you - your site PR5 - but I not sure which data center that came from and if all teh data centers yet have the new PR.

I would not trust any of them at the moment - results will be coming form different data centers which will be in different stages of updating.

My homepage just went from PR5 to PR6. Wait... It's back to 5... Now 6 again...
The PR update is still migrating from data center to data center.

Is it changing back and fourth on the Google tool bar?
Mine has gone from 45 links to 120 links back to 45 and now again at I think 112

Yes, the Toolbar PR is fluctuating. Your backlinks will fluctuate too until all this settles down.
