Hi everyone,

here's my logo and I'd really appreciate some feedback on it. I'm posting two versions that I use in different media. They're not substantially different, I've just rearranged the text to fit better on a browser window.

This is my web site version:

And this is the version I use in print media:

Incidentally, if you haven't already checked it out, I'm also looking for reviews of my site.

Thanks in advance,
jade

As stated in another post, I'm no expert here, but I liked your logo immediately when I saw it from the site review board a couple days ago.

The arrow to me indicates growth and strength which is likely what you want it to say about your service.

Your logo is simple - which is great, but loses its impact because it looks diagramic - more like a illustration to accompany your text as opposed to a solid visual that represents your business. Does that make sense? Try reducing the number of details - you can achieve the same concept with less than 10 lines.
-Colours-perhaps a bit drab.
-the web version has trapped white space under the 'AH'. This throws the compostion off balance. Like wise for the print version to the left of 'W', above 'Of the'.
-Your layout needs a little rearranging so that there is a clear path for your eyes to follow. Take another critical look at your logos and concentrate of where your eyes take you - you will find that the path is not as smooth as it could be.
-Try using elements that will unit your text with your visual..they seem too seperated and that is what is causing the majority of these issues. To see what i mean, draw an outline of your entire logo (ignoring the yellow space). Now count that number of corners in this shape - the more complicated this shape is -the weaker the impact and memorability.

Take Care,

Grease

Awesome feedback Grease, thanks.

That really gives me something to go on. I think I can run with this... I'll let you know when I've got something new and improved.

cheers,
