Will it help in google rankings?

I subscribe to a new site www.extremerank.com and it helps me keep track of all my Google rankings. My question is if these kind of sites can help a new SEO getting started in the industry? What do you guys think?

www.extremerank.com Does both and more, I checked and the rankings seem to be accurate. I think I'll use www.extremerank.com. Thanx for the site.
As far as "will it help in google" I dont know. Lets me know that my "hard" keywords are not doing well, Kinda gives some guidance. Good luck in your seo quest.
